Doing More With Less.  Throughout the design process, our engineers are driven to do more with less.  In our beginning, doing more with less was purely to satisfy a desire to keep things as simple as possible, but now also creates a smaller environmental footprint.  Our designs also help to optimize the useful life of the TYMCO Model HSP®, minimize the use of water for dust control and reduce fuel consumption.

Water Efficiency.  TYMCO's efficient Regenerative Air System is able to use less water for dust control because of our high-efficiency centrifugal dust separator which removes the majority of fines from the air stream before the air is recycled.  Our engineers take several aspects into account when designing for better dust control such as water nozzle design and air flow direction and velocity, not just adding more water.  Thus saving Model HSP owners and our environment thousands of gallons of water per year.

Alternative Fuel Ready. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) verified Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEV), when combined with our proven Regenerative Air System, offer a high degree of cleaning power while at the same time maintaining and improving the environment.  The Model HSP is available as a dedicated Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) unit, where both the sweeper and the truck chassis are CNG powered.

Highly Recyclable.  Manufacturing the #1 Regenerative Air Sweeper includes considering the environmental footprint of the materials that go into their creation.  By using recyclable materials, we reduce the amount of waste going into landfills and provide opportunities for a useful life beyond being part of a Model HSP.
