- Zero grease points on sweeper unit greatly reduces maintenance service and downtime.
- Efficient Blower Design - Aluminum alloy blower with natural rubber coating and balanced for maximum wearability. This design saves fuel, wear and tear.
- TYMCO's large 43" gutter broom design has a sequence valve to automatically determine the digging pressure needed for different debris; therefore, customers get maximum broom bristle life and cleaning performance.
- A simple direct engine drive hydraulic system with standard hydraulic oil cooler for dependability and ease of maintenance. A system capacity of 25 gallons with oil sight and temperature gauge on BAH Model.
- High efficiency multi-pass cylindrical centrifugal dust separator for maximum particulate separation and sweeping performance. Designed for easy clean out and maintenance.
- Stationary hopper dumping system designed for safe, simple dumping and low maintenance. This eliminates dumping cylinders and hoist, hydraulic components, grease zerks and safety concerns.
- The TYMCO Model 600 is designed for less maintenance and ease of maintenance. This allows the machine to be sweeping, not in the shop for routine maintenance required by other machines. Expensive diagnostic tools are not required for electrical trouble shooting - just a simple test light.

- Central mounted console with lighted paddle type switches. System functions are grouped together for easy learning and useability.
- Stationary hopper insures safe, simple dumping with smooth discharge of debris using raker assist bar.
- Suction transition - made from urethane material for long life and ease of cleaning. Separates at waist/chest height for easy cleaning - no climbing or bending down to access.
- TYMCO gutter brooms with trailing arm design allows operator the ability to react quickly in an emergency situation without damage to the sweeper, because the TYMCO gutter brooms to retract when they encounter an immovable object.
- TYMCO Cab-Over mounting gives the operator:
- Greater visibility - visibility out of rear windows
- Extra water capacity for longer operating time - 325 gallon capacity
