DUST CONTROL WITH HI/LOW PRESSURE WASHDOWN SYSTEM AND HIGH OUTPUT WATER SYSTEM

220 gallon capacity polyethylene water reservoir(s); belt driven triplex piston pump delivering minimum of 3.5 gpm; low water warning light; external water level indicator; gutter broom(s) and inside hopper nozzles. Self-contained water supply, a spray gun with trigger control and two interchangeable lance lengths of 48" and 36". Additional nozzles and deflectors strategically located to control extreme dust.

DUSTLESS FILTRATION SYSTEM

An external mounted modular filtration system constructed of 10 and 12 gauge steel shall be provided to clean all exhausted air. The filter module shall have a minimum 14ft3 dust retention hopper and four (4) filters with a filtration efficiency rating of 99.999% on 0.5-micron particles. Filters shall have a long service life and shall provide excellent performance in moist, hygroscopic and agglomerative applications and may be cleaned with a low-pressure water rinse. In the dry sweeping mode the filtration system shall not be affected when encountering intermittent wet conditions such as rain puddles, lawn sprinkler standing water or moisture from melting snow and ice. All controls for efficient sweeping applications shall be automatic and require no operator adjustments. Filter cleaning shall be accomplished with intermittent air pulse provided by a belt driven, liquid cooled engine lubricated air compressor having a minimum 13.2 CFM @ 1200 RPM. A shop air connection shall be provided for filter cleaning without use of sweeper power unit. Includes dust box deluge washout system.

HIGH CAPACITY DUST SEPARATOR HOPPER

Welded steel plate construction with integral stiffeners; Capacity 7.3 cubic yards volumetric, 6 cubic yards useable; dump door opening 84" x 44", dumping method hydraulic with raker bar.

HOPPER DELUGE SYSTEM

High volume system attaches to fire hydrant to flush hopper.
