Dust Control System

Dustless Filtration System
An external mounted modular filtration system constructed of 10 and 12 gauge steel shall be provided to clean all exhausted air. The filter module shall have a minimum 14ft3 dust retention hopper and four (4) filters with a filtration efficiency rating of 99.999% on 0.5-micron particles. Filters shall have a long service life and shall provide excellent performance in moist, hygroscopic and agglomerative applications and may be cleaned with a low-pressure water rinse. In the dry sweeping mode the filtration system shall not be affected when encountering intermittent wet conditions such as rain puddles, lawn sprinkler standing water or moisture from melting snow and ice. All controls for efficient sweeping applications shall be automatic and require no operator adjustments. Filter cleaning shall be accomplished with intermittent air pulse provided by a belt driven, liquid cooled, engine lubricated air compressor having a minimum 13.2 CFM @ 1200 RPM. A
shop air connection shall be provided for filter cleaning without use of sweeper power unit.
Dust Separator
