TYMCO Dustless System

If you're looking for a dust suppression system that uses NO WATER, look to TYMCO. Federal, state and local authorities are pushing industry to minimize fugitive dust emissions. Industries under certain SIC (standard industrial classification) codes are especially sensitive to these regulations, and must look for an effective method to control fugitive emissions and meet demanding state and federal regulations. Because of the nature of the unique debris being swept, many industries cannot use water as a means of dust suppression. For a dust-free environment with NO WATER, the TYMCO Dustless System is the logical answer.
How The Dustless System Works:
Dirty air that enters a TYMCO sweeper goes through the hopper and then to the centrifugal dust separator, where small particulates are removed from the air stream. With the Dustless System, air is then routed to a high-efficiency dust collector which utilizes a state-of-the-art filtration system to complete the removal of ultrafine dust particles.
Operation of the Dustless Sweeper is easy--when you want to use the Dustless System, simply flip a toggle switch inside the cab. The Dustless System is available on TYMCO models 210 (cabover chassis) and Model DST-6 (cabover chassis) based on our popular Model 600.
