The Model 435 ®comes equipped with features that are sure to be copied for years to come. Designed with both contractors and municipalities in mind, the mid-sized TYMCO Model 435 offers superior performance, maneuverability, operability, and ease of maintenance - all with that proven TYMCO Regenerative Air design and reliability. The TYMCO Model 435 features:
A large 4.0 cubic yard, heavy duty steel hopper increases sweeping time
72" Dump height enables dumping into various size containers
The hopper screen lifts with the large dump door for easy cleaning
Front and rear locking storage areas with a combined 65 cubic feet of protected space for storing tools and equipment
Mounted on a heavy duty, Isuzu 17,950lb. GVW chassis, which can be equipped with dual steering
Streamlined side panels help reduce noise and swing open for easy access
150 Gallon water capacity
Dumping Cylinders
Heavy Loads? No problem. The TYMCO Model 435 comes equipped with powerful piggyback hopper lift cylinders. Theses heavy duty, easy to maintain, dump cylinders allow the Model 435 to high dump even the heaviest of loads. With more cylinder stroke in a shorter overall length the lift system uses less pressure to dump, no matter how heavy the load.
Safety Strut
Simple, safe and reliable. Permanently attached to the hopper frame for easy accessibility. When the hopper is in the up position, simply insert steel pin into the hole on the built-in safety strut.
Control Console
Lighted control console. This control console utilizes lighted paddle type switches.
Each switch has a lighted ledger window describing its function in relation to the operation of the sweeper.
As standard equipment, the panel includes auxiliary engine tachometer, volt meter, hour meter,
and low water warning system. The panel is hinged for easy service access.
Hydraulic Pump/Reservoir
TYMCO's powerful double groove V belt hydraulic pump allows the Model 435 to operate dual gutter brooms
simultaneously in heavy sweeping conditions. The Model 435's large hydraulic reservoir helps the
hydraulic system remain cooler during operation even in the most severe operating conditions.
